2016 Chevy Camaro Demand So High Dealers Can’t Keep Up

Chevy Camaro DemandChevy Camaro demand has always been incredibly high, but now that production of the new 2016 model has begun, dealerships and their consumer bases are clamoring to get their hands on the next generation of this classic muscle car.

Dealers report that their phones are ringing off the hook with questions and comments about the wildly anticipated 2016 Camaro, and lots of customers have stopped into Chevy dealerships trying to get a look at the new car.

Chevrolet says that much of the delay during delivery is due to holding vehicles for quality control inspections, but the SS and LT models equipped with the 3.6-liter V6 engine should already be on their way. Models with the turbocharged four-cylinder, as well as the Camaro Convertible, won’t be shipped until next March.

Dealerships say that the Chevy Camaro demand has caused many customers to pre-order the 2016 Camaro before it has even reached their lots. While such great reception means excellent business, it also means that supply may not be able to keep up with demand – at least for now.
